Return Policy

Return Policy

Our return policy allows a span of fourteen days. If you wish to return an item, email us at hello@blueflamingostudio.com to let us know what is flawed with the product and we will proceed accordingly. You  must contact us BEFORE you ship your purchase back to us. All returns will be processed as store credit. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. 

 

Online Returns

 

All Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached in the original location. Items must be postdated within FOURTEEN DAYS of receiving item and shipped at the buyers expense. Please include the packing slip in your package.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged you must reach out to us within THREE days of receiving your item. You must be prepared to send us an image of the damage. Damages must be reported PRIOR to wearing the item, all pieces must be included in the package and tags must be attached in the correct placement. 

No Returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards, or Masks. We are very reasonable with our returns but do still reserve the right to decline any return that we feel does not fit our conditions. 

In Store Returns

 

All Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached in the original location. Items must be brought back within FOURTEEN DAYS of purchase date. You must have the receipt.

Damaged Items. If you purchase an item that is damaged you must bring it back as soon as possible in order for us to review the purchase.
